About The Position

Elara Caring is hiring a Registered Nurse for its Personal Care Services team. The nurse provides care to patients in their homes and contributes to the company’s mission of delivering the right care at the right time and in the right place. The role serves patients in Springfield, Republic, Halltown, Ozark, Marshfield, Strafford, Fair Grove, and Bolivar. The schedule is pay per visit during weekday hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The position offers work autonomy, flexible schedules, and one-to-one patient care. The successful candidate is committed to compassionate, high-quality patient care and can travel up to 50% of the time. The nurse reports to the Clinical Supervisor. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• At least 1 year of experience in a clinical care setting.
• Passion for patient care and excellence.
• Reliable transportation to perform job tasks.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
