About The Position

Elara Caring is hiring a Registered Nurse for its Personal Care Services team in Kansas City, Missouri, and surrounding areas. The nurse provides care to patients in their homes and supports the organization's mission to deliver the right care at the right time and in the right place. The position offers one-to-one patient care and work autonomy within a supportive, collaborative environment. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with no weekends, on-call shifts, or holidays. The role requires travel of up to 50% and reports to the Clinical Supervisor. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical care setting.
• Passion for patient care and excellence.
• Reliable transportation to perform job tasks.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
