About The Position

AbriCare is seeking a dependable, compassionate Registered Nurse to support its personal care services team throughout the Greater St. Louis area. This PRN role involves working independently in clients’ homes, supporting caregivers, and helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life. The position offers flexible daytime hours, initially limited with opportunities to increase as client volume grows. Compensation is competitive and per visit, based on experience, with $0.50 per mile for eligible business travel. PRN hours are not guaranteed, and the position is not eligible for employee benefits.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Missouri RN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel to client homes.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to meet background screening requirements.
• Ability to travel to client homes and perform essential duties, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in home health, personal care, or community-based nursing.
• Familiarity with Missouri Medicaid (MO HealthNet) requirements.
• Experience with caregiver supervision and electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing in-home client assessments.
• Develop, review, and update individualized care plans.
• Perform caregiver supervisory visits and competency evaluations.
• Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and care teams.
• Monitor client conditions and address clinical or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
