Registered Nurse (RN) - Travel Medicine

Passport Health•Ann Arbor, MI
•Onsite

About The Position

Passport Health is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse for a specialized travel medicine role. Nurses conduct individualized travel health consultations, educate clients about destination-specific risks, administer vaccines, and recommend travel health products and medications when clinically appropriate. The role offers substantial day-to-day autonomy, supported by a network of clinical leadership, and includes clinic setup, inventory management, compliance, and documentation responsibilities. Nurses may also support onsite corporate wellness or vaccine clinic events and complete ongoing travel medicine training. At specified Passport Health locations, immigration medical services are also required. This work includes immigration physicals, required vaccinations for USCIS applicants, and strict USCIS documentation compliance. Training is provided. The role uses census-based scheduling: hours depend on client demand, which varies by location and season, and hours are not guaranteed in some markets. Scheduling windows support forward-looking schedules, with 6–12 months of consistency when possible. Flexibility, including weekend coverage or covering multiple locations, may increase scheduled hours. Peak travel seasons typically run from February through August.
