Registered Nurse (RN) - Travel Medicine

Passport Health•Savannah, GA

About The Position

Passport Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a part-time travel medicine role in Savannah, Georgia. This specialized position focuses on autonomous, one-on-one consultations rather than traditional hospital or clinic nursing. Nurses manage their own client visits and receive support from clinical leadership. The role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in vaccine-preventable diseases, international health risks, and pre-travel health planning. Hours are based on client demand, which varies by location and season. Passport Health aims to provide schedules with 6–12 months of consistency, although hours are not guaranteed in some markets. Availability within set scheduling windows is required. Flexibility with preferred days and times, weekend coverage, or coverage at multiple locations may increase scheduled hours. Peak travel seasons, typically February through August, generally bring higher and more stable volume.

  • Current First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Ability to lift and transport vaccine inventory weighing up to 25 lbs as needed.
  • Availability within set scheduling windows.
