About The Position

As a Registered Nurse at Restore Hyper Wellness, you will deliver high-quality medical services and therapies, educate clients about their wellness journey, and collaborate with the studio team to support medical and business success. The role is focused on client safety, excellent outcomes, and the studio’s growth. The position is part-time in Westlake, Ohio, with a minimum availability of two days per week and two weekend days per month. Compensation is $30 per hour, plus bonus and commission.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
Active RN license in the applicable state.
Current BLS certification.
At least 2 years of experience in an acute care setting, such as ER, ICU, or Med-Surg.
At least 1 year of experience administering high-volume IVs and injections.
Passion for excellent patient care.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to stand for up to 9 hours a day.
Customer service orientation and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Administer IV drip therapy, intramuscular injections, and other medical services accurately and professionally.
Build rapport with clients and provide a safe, welcoming environment.
Educate clients individually about therapies, benefits, and best practices.
Work autonomously while collaborating with the studio team toward shared goals.
Support membership plans by recommending services that align with client needs.
Assist with off-site nursing events and community outreach programs.
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in client EMRs.
Ensure compliance with medical, safety, and regulatory standards.
Help maintain a safe, clean, and compliant studio environment.
