RN (Registered Nurse) - Evenings
About The Position
Lawrence Presbyterian Manor is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of LPNs and nursing assistants. The RN ensures that supervision and care follow applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing the community. The role advances a resident-first approach, treats the community as the residents’ home, helps create a homelike environment, and models person-centered care. The position is advertised for evenings, with starting pay of $36.00 per hour plus a weekend differential through the Premium Pay Plan. Additional pay is based on experience. Requirements
- Possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or graduate from an approved RN program.
- Possess a current active license to practice as an RN in the state.
- Know nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines governing long-term care.
Nice To Haves
- Previous supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care community, or other related health care facility.
- Geriatric nursing experience.
