About The Position

Hickory Creek at Columbus is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide care to residents in a skilled nursing setting. Nurses develop meaningful relationships with residents by learning their life stories, routines, and preferences, and use their nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role offers a calmer-paced environment that supports personal interactions and thoughtful care.

The position calls for a supportive presence, leadership, collaboration, teamwork, and respectful interpersonal communication. The nurse works with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive resident care and to support a positive work environment. Newly hired regular full-time evening RNs are eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over two years, subject to terms and conditions.

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.

Responsibilities
