About The Position

Infallible Home Care LLC is seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to provide high-quality care and help clients remain happy, healthy, and at home. The role supports clients of all ages, including individuals with developmental disabilities or Alzheimer’s, through personal assistance, activities of daily living, transportation, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. The position offers part-time to full-time employment opportunities and flexible scheduling.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience with seniors; applicants must include previous employment history when applying.
• Ability to work independently.
• Treat vulnerable people with empathy, dignity, and respect.
• Pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license, ability to transport clients, a clean driving record, and proof of car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide long-term care and personal assistance.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and medication reminders.
• Use first-aid skills and knowledge of residents’ rights to support quality care.
• Drive clients to appointments or outings as needed.
• Support individuals with developmental disabilities or Alzheimer’s with compassion and empathy.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including meal preparation and light housekeeping.
