Registered Nurse (RN)
About The Position
Affirmed Home Care is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically complex clients in their homes. Nurses can focus on an individual patient while providing personalized, compassionate care and building meaningful, long-term relationships. The role offers flexible scheduling, 12-hour shifts, and day, overnight, and weekend opportunities. The agency provides ongoing clinical and administrative support, responsive leadership, and a collaborative team culture centered on respect, professionalism, and clinical excellence. Compensation is $55 per hour, paid weekly by direct deposit. Sign-on and referral bonuses, streamlined onboarding, and quick case placement are also offered.
Requirements
- Active Connecticut RN license.
- At least 1 year of recent nursing experience.
- Current BLS certification.
- Valid driver's license.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Physical exam within the last 12 months.
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years.

- Acute care or home care nursing experience is preferred; other experience is also considered.
