About The Position

The Registered Nurse evaluates patients and creates care plans, communicating with patients, their families, and the care team. The RN helps drive the care team to ensure patients receive quality care and is committed to creating meaningful patient experiences. The role serves patients facing life-limiting illnesses and their families through compassionate care and support. Requirements

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current state license as a registered nurse.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move intermittently.
• Ability to lift at least 80–100 lbs and effectively bear the weight of an average adult.

Nice To Haves

• Hospice experience preferred.
