About The Position
UW Medical Center-Montlake’s Emergency Department is seeking an experienced ED nurse. The nurse will provide patient-centered emergency care as part of a team committed to compassionate, high-quality care.
Requirements
- Two or more years of emergency department nursing experience.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- Have or obtain a Washington State RN license.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients and develop nursing diagnoses.
- Plan patient care.
- Implement safe nursing care.
- Evaluate patient responses to nursing care.
- Provide patient teaching and advocacy.
- Manage admission, discharge, and transfer processes.
