Registered Nurse Emergency Department
About The Position
Provide exceptional, patient-centered emergency care as part of the Emergency Department team at St. Luke’s Fruitland Emergency Department, a stand-alone emergency facility serving the rural West Treasure Valley. The department has three RNs available 24/7, including a dedicated Charge Nurse, and two additional RNs who work shifts to help cover busier times. Lab, Medical Imaging, and Respiratory Therapy are available 24/7. Scheduling is self-managed in six-week blocks. This is a 0.6 part-time variable-shift position involving two 12-hour shifts per week, alternating between day and mid shifts. Certification pay is available.
Requirements
- Associate degree required.
- At least 1 year of RN experience.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred.
- Emergency Nursing experience highly preferred.
