About The Position

The Emergency Department Registered Nurse provides competent, evidence-based care to assigned patients with acute and/or chronic medical, surgical, and psychiatric conditions. The position supports evidence-based practice, ongoing evaluation and improvement, constructive peer feedback, professional development, interdisciplinary collaboration, knowledge sharing, and safe, quality care. This is a part-time position at 0.9 FTE, or 36 hours per week and 72 hours per pay period, with PM/NOC scheduling. Telework is unavailable, and this is not a virtual position. The role is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program, subject to program eligibility and approval; approved awards may be up to $200,000, with an eligibility period of one to five years.
