About The Position
The Registered Nurse delivers patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The nurse also directs and guides patient and family teaching and the activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing. May perform other duties as assigned. Salary range: $62.91–$93.00 hourly, commensurate with experience. The salary range includes a night shift differential. Eligible employees who work qualifying weekend shifts receive a competitive weekend rate.
Requirements
- Current and valid California Registered Nurse license.
- Education necessary to meet licensure requirements.
- BLS certification.
- Knowledge of the theory, technique, and practice of professional nursing.
Nice To Haves
- ACLS certification.
- NIHSS certification.
- BSN with three years of clinical experience, or a minimum of six years of clinical experience.
- Membership in a clinical specialty nursing organization.
