About The Position

The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The nurse directs and guides patient and family teaching, as well as the activities of other nursing personnel, while maintaining professional nursing standards. May perform other duties as assigned.

The salary range is $62.91–$93.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. The range includes a night shift differential. Eligible employees who work qualifying weekend shifts receive a competitive weekend rate.

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license issued by the State of California.
• Education necessary to meet licensure requirements.
• BLS certification.
• Two years of experience and knowledge of the theory, techniques, and practice of professional nursing.
• Membership in a Clinical Specialty Nursing Organization.
• ACLS certification.
• NIHSS certification.

Nice To Haves

• BSN with three years of clinical experience, or a minimum of six years of clinical experience.
