About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) identifies patient needs and care priorities through assessment, plans and delegates care based on patient needs, and evaluates patient responses and progress toward expected outcomes. The RN is accountable for patient-care outcomes during the assigned shift. This position is PRN on the Antepartum unit, working the third shift.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Alabama nursing licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required before conclusion of the orientation period.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required within one year of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Prior nursing experience is preferred; new graduates are accepted.
