About The Position

Located in the heart of Malone, NY, The Alice Center is redefining long-term care with a positive, resident-centered approach. Our Skilled Nursing Facility provides 24-hour nursing and rehabilitation services in a welcoming, home-like environment serving up to 135 residents.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program with current NYS RN licensure or temporary permit required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for adult and geriatric residents.
Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, standing, and assisting/transferring residents.
Must be available to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provides professional nursing care to adult and geriatric residents through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
Ensures continuity of care while coordinating assignments, personnel, supplies, and equipment in support of quality resident outcomes.
