About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join its Skilled Nursing team in a pediatric private duty role in the Phoenix Metro area. Nurses provide one-on-one care in a client’s home, working autonomously while delivering individualized care and building relationships with clients and their families. BAYADA serves adult and pediatric clients throughout the Phoenix Metro area around the clock.

Schedules vary and may include 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts, seven days a week. Nurses travel to one nearby client’s home on a schedule they choose. The role includes carrying out and documenting doctors’ orders, performing assessments, monitoring client conditions, and documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations. Starting pay is $35–$39 per hour, depending on the client.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona.
• One year of experience working as a Registered Nurse.

Nice To Haves

• Trach experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
