About The Position

Frasier is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Full-Time Night Shift position, working 40 hours per week from 10 pm to 6:30 am. This role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus. As an RN at Frasier’s Summit Care Center in Boulder, CO, you will build meaningful relationships with residents while delivering high-quality, person-centered care. You will join an organization with a culture of connection and purpose. The position involves providing clinical oversight and guidance to LPNs and CNAs to ensure safe, coordinated care delivery for up to 54 skilled nursing residents. You will combine clinical expertise, leadership, and compassion to support exceptional resident outcomes and help create a safe, person-centered care environment.

Requirements

• Active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Current BLS certification at the healthcare-provider level (CPR and AED with hands-on skills)
• Strong observation skills and ability to recognize subtle changes in resident condition
• Clear communication and collaborative, teamwork skills within an interdisciplinary care environment
• Understanding of dementia care approach and person-centered care principle

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility, assisted living community, or long-term care environment preferred
