Registered Nurse RN
About The Position
Avalon Care Center Federal Way is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide resident-centered nursing care at its skilled nursing facility in Federal Way, Washington, which specializes in short-term rehabilitation. The RN will assess residents, develop individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor clinical outcomes, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams. The role also includes leading and supporting CNAs and other nursing team members. Full-time and PRN shifts are open. Compensation is $47.00–$53.99 per hour for experienced nurses, with pay based on experience, qualifications, and skills. Shift differentials are offered for specified evening/night and weekend hours.
Requirements
- Current RN license in Washington State or eligibility under the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
- Strong clinical assessment and nursing skills.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with a care team.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional resident care.
- Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings.
