About The Position

The Staff Registered Nurse at INTEGRIS Health Jim Thorpe Rehab Edmond in Edmond, Oklahoma, is responsible for managing and delivering patient care using the nursing process. Requirements

Current Registered Nurse licensure in Oklahoma or a current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
BLS certification issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. For hospice only, current CPR certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association is required instead of BLS.
Other certifications and competencies required based on the service-line skill.

Responsibilities

Assess and reassess patients.
Develop plans of care.
Implement appropriate patient-care interventions.
Evaluate patient-care interventions.
Supervise and coordinate other licensed and non-licensed personnel in providing patient care, as assigned.
Provide guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate.
May float to other units.
May participate in on-call status.
Adhere to applicable National Patient Safety Goals.
