About The Position

INTEGRIS Health is seeking a Rehab Nursing Manager for Jim Thorpe Rehab at INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The role is full-time and day shift. The manager oversees staff performance and education, department fiscal management, staffing schedules, compliance with nursing practice standards and applicable regulations, and implementation and maintenance of relevant policies and procedures. The manager may participate in a rotating staffing call schedule within the service line. Requirements

Five years of RN experience.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing within 24 months of hire.
Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license or a current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
BLS certification issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
National certification and competencies required based on service line skill.

Nice To Haves

Previous nursing management experience.
Master's degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

Direct employee performance management and provide ongoing education opportunities for staff members.
Manage the fiscal responsibilities of the unit or department.
Manage the overall staffing schedule; may participate in a rotating staffing call schedule within the service line.
Ensure compliance with Standards of Nursing Practice for assigned units or departments and with local, state, federal, and regulatory agency standards.
Implement, review, interpret, and revise relevant INTEGRIS Health and departmental policies and procedures.
