About The Position

Saint Alphonsus Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Neuro Surgical Trauma (NeST) ICU team at its Level II Trauma Center in Boise, Idaho. The position is located at the Regional Medical Center near I-184 and Curtis Road and is part-time, working 12-hour night shifts. The nurse will care for patients with neurological, surgical, or traumatic injuries and illnesses requiring intensive care. Cases may include multitrauma, spinal cord injuries, subarachnoid hemorrhage, new-onset seizures, and stroke. The 18-bed unit is Idaho’s first and only Neuro Surgical Trauma ICU and provides care in a state-of-the-art setting with advanced technology and equipment. Nurses work in a Level II Trauma Center and Level I Comprehensive Stroke Center alongside the state’s only board-certified, fellowship-trained neurocritical care physicians. Requirements

Hold an Idaho or multistate RN license; establish Idaho residency within six months if applicable.
Hold BLS certification.
Obtain ACLS and PALS certifications within designated timelines.

Critical care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
