About The Position
Saint Alphonsus Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Neuro Surgical Trauma (NeST) ICU team at its Level II Trauma Center in Boise, Idaho. The position is located at the Regional Medical Center near I-184 and Curtis Road. The 18-bed unit provides intensive care for patients with neurological, surgical, or traumatic injuries and illnesses, including multiple trauma, spinal cord injuries, subarachnoid hemorrhage, new-onset seizures, and stroke. Nurses work in a state-of-the-art unit with advanced technology and equipment, alongside board-certified, fellowship-trained neurocritical care physicians. The role offers experience in a Level II Trauma Center and Level I Comprehensive Stroke Center, and in Idaho’s first and only Neuro Surgical Trauma Unit. This is a part-time position on a 12-hour day shift.
Requirements
- Hold an Idaho or multistate RN license; if applicable, establish Idaho residency within six months.
- Hold BLS certification.
- Obtain ACLS and PALS certifications within designated timelines.
