About The Position

The Registered Nurse coordinates total patient-centered care to ensure optimal service to the communities served. The role provides an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care, and clinical excellence one patient at a time. The nurse collects and analyzes comprehensive assessment data, identifies diagnoses and expected outcomes, develops and implements individualized care plans, and evaluates progress toward desired outcomes.

Requirements

• Effective interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with physicians and instruct patients and their families.
• Associate's degree required; completion of a formal nursing program may be substituted.
• Registered Nurse credential required.
• Heavy work capacity: exert up to 100 lbs. occasionally, up to 50 lbs. frequently, and in excess of 20 lbs. constantly.

Responsibilities

• Collect comprehensive data relevant to the healthcare consumer’s health or situation.
• Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues.
• Identify expected outcomes for an individualized plan of care.
• Develop a plan prescribing strategies and alternatives to attain expected outcomes.
• Implement the identified plan of care.
• Evaluate progress toward attainment of outcomes.
