About The Position
The Registered Nurse develops, implements, and evaluates the nursing plan of patient care and implements the medical plan of care in collaboration with all disciplines. This role is based in the new 9-bed Emergency Department Transition Pod, which supports stable patients awaiting admission, testing, treatment, or disposition. Nurses will help shape new workflows, promote efficient patient movement, and provide safe, compassionate care in a collaborative environment. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to a new program and improve the patient experience and overall Emergency Department flow.
Requirements
- Complete and maintain all competencies and trainings required for the role.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
- PA Registered Nurse Temporary Practice Permit or Registered Nurse License.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- PALS certification.
