About The Position

Northeast Georgia Health System is hiring Registered Nurses for its Acute Care teams at NGMC Gainesville, Braselton, Barrow, Lumpkin, and Habersham. The role provides hands-on acute care experience and interdisciplinary collaboration in a professional practice environment focused on nurse engagement, quality outcomes, patient-centered care, and nursing excellence. The organization is beginning its Magnet journey and offers opportunities to grow within the health system.

Acute care units include Med-Surg at Habersham, Barrow, and Lumpkin; and, at Gainesville, Ortho Surgical, Medical, GI/Renal, General Surgical, Surgical Trauma, Neuro Medical, and Oncology. Braselton units include GI/Renal, Stroke/Neuro, Medical Cardiac, Pulmonary Hospice, and Medical Geriatric. The posting describes full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities; the advertised role is full-time night shift.

Requirements

• Active Georgia RN license.
• ADN or nursing diploma.
• At least 1 year of RN experience.
