About The Position
The Registered Nurse at the Livonia Medical Center is accountable for managing patient care during a designated timeframe. The role coordinates and evaluates care and teaches and delegates patient activities to other health care team members through therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, and the environment. The center is an outpatient health facility offering primary and specialty care, urgent care, ambulatory surgery, clinical lab, radiology, and physical rehabilitation services.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan.
- BLS certification.
- Computer proficiency.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Nice To Haves
- BSN degree preferred, or agreement in writing to obtain a BSN within five years.
- One or more years of RN experience in OR/Ambulatory Surgery strongly preferred.
