About The Position

Join our team at St. Francis this summer and receive a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible 2nd Shift positions (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)! We are offering this limited-time incentive for qualified new hires who join our team during the months of June, July, or August. RN: $34.00 to $39.40 per hour base rate, depending on experience. Weekday Differentials: +$2/hr for 2nd shift +$5/hr for 3rd shift. Weekend Differentials: +$2/hr for 1st shift +$3/hr for 2nd shift +$6.50/hr for 3rd shift. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Must possess and maintain a current Registered Nurse (RN) license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board

Responsibilities

• Provide care to residents in accordance with CCNH policies, standards of care, and state and federal regulations
• Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans, collaborating with supervisors and attending physicians as needed
• Oversee and support LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care on the assigned unit
