About The Position

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in the Frankfort Emergency Department as part of a collaborative nursing team. Assess, monitor, and stabilize patients in emergency situations; administer medications and treatments according to care plans; communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members; and support quality improvement initiatives and adherence to safety standards. This is a night-shift position working 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., 36 hours per week. The position is eligible for an $18,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year employment commitment to Munson Healthcare; terms and conditions apply. Employees must be vaccinated or have lab-confirmed immunity for measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella. Employees must also receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.

Requirements

• Licensed RN in the State of Michigan.
• Experience in ER or critical care required.
• Meet Munson Healthcare vaccination or immunity requirements for measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella.
• Receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year of hire and annually thereafter, or obtain an approved medical or religious exemption.
