Registered Nurse - Emergency Department - Mid/Night Shift
About The Position
The Registered Nurse provides compassionate, patient-centered care in the Emergency Department as part of a collaborative nursing team. The role involves observing, assessing, monitoring, and documenting patient conditions and progress; administering medications and treatments according to care plans; communicating effectively with patients, families, and team members; and supporting quality improvement initiatives and adherence to safety standards. This is a full-time, .75 FLEX position working 36 hours per week on three 12-hour shifts, from 3:00 PM to 3:30 AM, with every-third-weekend rotation. The position is eligible for a $6,750 sign-on bonus with a two-year employment commitment to Munson Healthcare; terms and conditions apply. Employees must meet Munson Healthcare’s vaccination requirements for measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella, as well as annual flu vaccination requirements, unless an approved medical or religious exemption applies.
Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
