About The Position

Mary's Meadow at Providence Place is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide self-directed care to residents in a long-term skilled nursing setting. The RN leads the interdisciplinary care team and delivers care that meets or exceeds expectations while promoting residents' autonomy, dignity, and independence. The role offers part-time night shifts from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., with 16 or 24 hours per week available. Compensation is $39.92–$48.68 per hour, depending on verification of experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school or college of nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Recognize and support residents' autonomy and dignity.
• Communicate care, concern, and respect for residents.
• Implement physician orders, medications, therapies, and treatments using appropriate knowledge, skills, and judgment.
• Participate in resident care planning and promote the nursing department's philosophy, goals, and objectives.
• Follow safety, security, infection control, and hazardous materials policies.
• Monitor residents' conditions, promptly report significant changes, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Promote and participate in educational programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Foster teamwork and a productive, respectful environment for employees, residents, and families.
