Skilled Registered Nurse
About The Position

As an RN on our skilled team, you’ll perform a variety of skilled visits for our clients, including patient assessments, wound care, medication administration, and IV infusions. We believe flexibility makes this position successful, so you’ll work with your patients to determine your schedule. We work with Medicaid and private-pay insurance, which means NO OASIS! Travel between patient visits is part of the position, so reliable transportation is required. RNs who enjoy independence and building their clinical skills will find themselves at home with our skilled team.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in environments such as ER, Med-Surg, or acute care facilities
- Active Texas RN license in good standing
- Reliable transportation
