Registered Nurse - Psychiatric Medical Unit

About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) works in a collaborative environment as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient care using evidence-based medicine and individualized care. The RN facilitates all aspects of the patient visit experience. The Psychiatric Medical Unit serves general medical patients who have a co-existing behavioral health diagnosis.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school and program.
- Associate Degree in Nursing required.
- Must be licensed in the State of Michigan.
- BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
- RN experience required.
- For Grand Rapids, nurses with an ADN must enroll in a BSN program within 6 months of hire and complete it within 4 years of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
