About The Position
The Registered Nurse will work in the Dialysis Satellite Unit at Stratford General Hospital in Stratford, Ontario. This is a Temporary Full-Time position. The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance (HPHA) is an organization that influences proactive change, embraces the potential of partnerships, harnesses the power of performance, and values the skills and guidance of its people to advance the healthcare system. HPHA is a multi-site organization including Clinton Public Hospital, St. Marys Memorial Hospital, Seaforth Community Hospital, and Stratford General Hospital.
Requirements
- Current Certificate of Registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current BLS certificate for Healthcare Providers course: BLS-HCP(C)
- Minimum 2 years recent Hemodialysis nursing experience required
