About The Position

RightSite Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support dispatch operations and clinical workflows. The role helps improve patient flow, reduce prescription turnaround time, and enhance navigator and physician efficiency. The RN works closely with physicians and navigators to provide frontline support during call periods. This position is based in RightSite Health’s San Antonio, Texas office and is full-time, with 8-hour shifts, five days per week, from 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The RN manages prescription workflows, supports patients needing clinical insight or care-plan clarification, coordinates care handoffs and patient updates, monitors cases for escalation, and maintains accurate documentation. During high-volume surges, the RN may provide initial clinical support for dispatch calls and maintain communication flow when physician backup is activated. Success in the role requires clinical judgment, composure under pressure, adaptability, collaboration, initiative, and clear, considerate communication.
