About The Position
Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Emergency Department nursing team. The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the delivery of patient care. This is a full-time night-shift position in Emergency Services at Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital, scheduled from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., totaling 72 hours per pay period, with a commitment to work every third weekend. Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital is a 178-bed teaching hospital in Darby, Pennsylvania, serving Delaware County and Southwest Philadelphia with advanced acute care services. Requirements
- Graduate from an approved nursing program.
- Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current BCLS certification.
- Current ACLS certification if applicable to the area of practice.
- Obtain FBI fingerprints before starting.
- Obtain Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance before starting.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- One year of previous Emergency Department or Critical Care experience preferred.
