About The Position

St. Luke’s is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Boise NICU team at Boise Medical Center. The Level IV NICU cares for infants and their families who need medical or surgical care immediately after birth, including infants ranging from extremely premature to those having difficulty transitioning to extra-uterine life. The unit treats gastrointestinal, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions requiring surgery or other treatment, but does not care for ECMO or complex cardiac surgery patients. Night and weekend shift differentials and additional PTO accrual for night shifts are available. Certification pay is offered for national certifications, and employees can access scholarships for continuing education, conferences, certifications, and licensure. St. Luke’s describes its culture as supportive and collaborative, with an emphasis on camaraderie and strong team relationships. St. Luke’s offers a benefits package that includes competitive salary and retirement plans, medical, dental, and vision benefits, wellness resources, on-site massages, on-site counseling through its Employee Assistance Program, and training and career development offerings.
