Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric Home Health
About The Position
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, and surrounding areas. This role focuses on building meaningful relationships with patients and families while delivering high-quality, individualized care in the home setting. The organization is nurse-founded and clinically led, and has served the medically fragile community since 2000. The position offers full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with flexible scheduling based on availability. Available shifts are 8, 10, 12, or 16 hours, including day, night, and weekend shifts. Nurses receive 24/7 clinical and operational support, paid training, simulation lab experiences, continuing education, weekly pay, and reliable scheduling. Requirements
- Hold an active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
- The RN license must have been acquired at least one year before application.
- Be able to provide care in a home setting.
- Have strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.

Nice To Haves
- Pediatric or home health experience.
- Experience with high-acuity skills such as tracheostomy, ventilator, or G-tube care.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting.
- Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations.
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
- Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and the plan of care.
- Coordinate care with families, providers, and care teams.
- Educate patients and family members to support improved outcomes.
- Implement preventive measures to ensure patient safety and quality care.
- Respond appropriately to changes in a patient’s condition.
