About The Position
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and adolescents in their homes in Las Cruces, New Mexico, and surrounding areas. Nurses provide care according to the active plan of care established by the physician and other appropriate personnel, supporting patients and their families and helping achieve positive outcomes. New graduates are welcome, and training is provided. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, including days, nights, and weekends.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Ability to provide care in a client’s home.
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression.
Responsibilities
- Provide care focused on patients’ medical needs and treatment according to the active plan of care.
- Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordinate care.
- Educate family members about patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
- Use preventative initiatives to protect the quality of patient care.
