About The Position
Angels of Care is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide one-to-one in-home nursing care for medically fragile children. The role is based in Carnegie, Pennsylvania, and offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and consistent scheduling. Nurses provide skilled care in a home health setting, follow each patient’s individualized plan of care, and support patients’ families. Full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules are available, with shifts of 8–16 hours. Pay starts at $30 per hour. Angels of Care is a nurse-founded, clinically led organization serving the medically fragile community since 2000. Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania.
- At least one year of nursing experience.
- Ability to provide care in a home setting.
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric or home health experience.
- Experience with high-acuity skills such as tracheostomy, ventilator, or G-tube care.
