About The Position
Silver Cross Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Labor & Delivery department. The nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for assigned patients in accordance with professional nursing standards. The Registered Nurse also provides leadership and supervision to CNA/SNA and other healthcare workers as assigned. This is a night-shift position working three 12-hour shifts per week, from 1830 to 0700. The schedule includes every third weekend and participation in a holiday group.
Requirements
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois.
- CPR.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
- Provide care consistent with the standards of professional nursing.
- Provide leadership and supervision to CNA/SNA and other healthcare workers as assigned.
