Home Care RN | Registered Nurse | Fergus Falls
About The Position
BAYADA is hiring skilled and reliable Registered Nurses to provide one-to-one home care to clients in Fergus Falls and nearby Minnesota communities. Nurses care for clients of all ages and acuity levels, build personal connections, and receive clinical support and mentorship. The role offers flexible scheduling, consistent pay, weekly pay, and daytime or overnight shifts in 8-, 10-, or 12-hour formats. Full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules are available; PRN requires a minimum of four shifts per month. There is no weekend requirement. BAYADA provides flexible onboarding, personalized paid training—including award-winning simulation labs—and skill-building for a wide range of clients and acuity levels. Nurses have access to 24/7 clinical support, ongoing mentorship, and electronic charting through Cubhub. Compensation is $35–$39 per hour in Minnesota, including overnight and weekend shift differentials. Requirements
- Hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.

- Document care using the Cubhub electronic charting system.
