About The Position

Viking Coca-Cola is hiring a full-time Route Relief Driver in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. The position is onsite and pays $21.00 to $33.00 per hour. The driver conducts vehicle inspections, verifies inventory, delivers and merchandises products at customer locations, handles payments and returns, and helps maintain customer-ready displays and a clean company vehicle. The role requires a commercial driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen. Requirements

Valid driver's license and commercial driver's license.
Clean driving record and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Check.
Thorough knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving techniques.
Strong written and organizational skills to complete paperwork clearly and accurately.
Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and fostering positive relationships.
Basic math skills for accurate invoicing.
Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections in accordance with DOT regulations.
Follow the checkout process and verify inventory before departure.
Drive to customer locations and unload and merchandise products according to company standards.
Engage with customers professionally and in a friendly manner.
Collect payments and process returns.
Use handheld devices for invoicing.
Communicate with sales to support marketing efforts and ensure displays are ready.
Sort empty shells and keep the company vehicle clean.
