About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide skilled, personalized one-on-one care to clients in and around Decatur, Indiana. This role offers a focused and controlled environment where nurses can apply their skills with intention, supported by a 24/7 clinical team and consistent weekly pay. Fast-track hiring incentives are available for nurses who can complete onboarding quickly. BAYADA serves clients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, with a wide range of acuity and clinical needs, providing care in the home and building meaningful relationships.
Requirements
- Active RN license (Registered Nurse) in the state of Indiana
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled, personalized one-on-one care to clients in and around Decatur, Indiana.
- Deliver high-quality care to clients of all ages and acuity levels in their homes.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients while delivering care.
- Utilize electronic charting through Statewise.
