About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for Adult and/or Pediatric care to join their Passaic County skilled nursing team. They emphasize providing high-quality care with compassion, excellence, and reliability. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to provide one-on-one care to clients, building relationships and observing their progress. The position involves traveling to a client's home, executing doctors' orders, performing assessments, monitoring conditions, and documenting observations and interventions. BAYADA provides comprehensive training, including simulation labs and around-the-clock clinical support, to ensure nurses feel prepared. They care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
• 5 months of RN experience

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluation
