Home Care Infusion RN - Registered Nurse

This position will serve the Davis and Weber County area and occasional outlying areas. Requirements
- Minimum of one year infusion experience
- Prior home care infusion experience
- Phlebotomy in Peds and/or Adults
- IV starts in Peds and/or Adults
- PICC lines
- Ports
- Minimum one (1) year of documented experience required in IV Infusions in a Home Care setting.
- Current unrestricted RN license in the state of Utah
- Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray (may obtain after hire)
- Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance and reliable vehicle
- Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 6 (six) months experience of IVIG infusion preferred
- Hemophiliacs and Factor administration
- Enzyme administration
Responsibilities
- Provide thoughtful care to client & patients based on personalized Plan of Care
- Monitor and track changes in the client/patient’s conditions and needs
- Proactively updates client/patients’ family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns
