About The Position

PAM Health Wiregrass Ranch is hiring a Registered Nurse for its new rehabilitation hospital. Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer/Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager, or Charge Nurse, the RN uses the nursing process to deliver, direct, and supervise care for patients admitted to the nursing unit. The RN plans, coordinates, and provides patient care, including interdisciplinary and discharge planning, patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization, and access to community resources. The RN may also perform other related duties as assigned or requested, including serving as a Charge Nurse when appropriately certified. The position is PRN and is listed for nights. Requirements

Hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where the hospital resides, or a compact license if the state participates.
Have current BLS certification.
Provide evidence of ACLS certification within 90 days of employment; BLS and ACLS certifications must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment.
Have current ACLS certification to serve as a Charge Nurse.

Nice To Haves

One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience is preferred but not required.
