About The Position
The CVICU Registered Nurse provides high-quality, safe, cost-effective, comprehensive nursing care to patients. The RN is responsible for coordinating and integrating patient care based on the nursing process and directs care according to established standards for safety, risk management, quality improvement, and infection control, with the goal of discharging patients at an optimal level of care. This is a full-time night-shift position. Qualified candidates may receive a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000, paid over 24 months.
Requirements
- Education recognized by the State of Florida as qualifying for Registered Nurse licensure.
- Hold a Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS and Basic EKG, if applicable.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Prior clinical experience in the area of expertise.
- CCRN certification.
- TNCC certification.
- PALS certification.
